Prosyntix is currently recruiting for an Technical Customer Support role.  This role would work on an extremely professional desk and would sit in Columbia, SC.  This role is a long term contract which could convert to full-time. 

 

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

Exceptional Customer support and communication experience

Must have experience troubleshooting and acting in first level resolution

Work on a phone support team resolving technical issues supporting all levels of an organization

Exceptional documentation and attention to detail

Experience working with ticketing systems and call tracking systems 

Supporting a variety of applications and software

 

Required Experience:

3+ years working on a technical help-desk doing advanced issues resolution

Experience with Application Support 

Bachelors Degree
