Prosyntix is currently recruiting for a Sr. Architect around Office 365 and Exchange. This role could work remotely but would potentially require travel up to 70% to client sites.

This is an exciting opportunity to support Fortune 500 and 1000 customers, and to excel within a fantastic team. The Intune/Exchange/O365 Architect position works with customers, management and peers to design, configure and support messaging systems such as on-premises and hybrid Exchange Organizations, Exchange Online, Office 365, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft’s Intune, AAD Connect, and other Microsoft messaging and communications services.
Support includes specifications; installation, configuration and testing of services; establishing guidelines and standards; support of existing infrastructure and users, project support as directed, and other technical support functions. Training, mentorship, and other growth opportunities are a regular part of this role. Excellent presentation and communication skills are a must.


The Intune/Exchange/Office 365 Architect will provide subject matter expertise in support of Exchange, Exchange Online, and Office 365 core services. To support this requirement, the role requires expert knowledge and expertise with designing, implementing, and supporting the following technologies:

  • Exchange 2007/2010/2013/2016
  • Exchange Online o Exchange Protection Manager
  • Mobile Device (Intune \ Airwatch \ MobileIron, etc.)
  • Office 365 tenant o OneDrive for Business
  • eDiscovery \ Compliance Management
  • AAD Connect
  • Azure (Reporting \ Azure AD \ Azure ADRMS \ Azure MFA)
  • Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)
  • Permissions (Tenant \ Security & Compliance \ Exchange \ Exchange Online)
  • Intune (Conditional Access \ MDM \ MAM)
  • Clients (Outlook, Outlook for Mac, IMAP, POP3, Mobile Devices)



  • 6 - 10 years experience consulting or working in the enterprise customer arena
  • 6 - 10 years experience with Exchange and Office 365 migration and support of migration tasks
  • 6 - 10 years experience with designing an Exchange 2007 - 2016 infrastructure
  • Experience with designing Exchange Online
  • Knowledge of how to leverage supporting technologies for Exchange 2007 - 2016 & Office 365
  • Expert-level experience with the design and implementation of Exchange 2007 - 2016 & Office 365 in large enterprise environments (15,000+ users)
  • Extensive experience performing discovery and writing scoping and levels of effort for delivering solutions that meet customer business, functional, and technical requirements
  • Face-to-face customer engagement skills
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain technical procedures in business terms so that customers understand
  • Ability to develop strategic customer relationships, gain trust, and respect for the team
  • Able to solve complex technical problems through sound and methodical troubleshooting
  • Exchange 2013\2016\Office 365 Microsoft qualification desirable (see Certification Requirements for identified Microsoft tests)
  • 6-10 years experience working with Microsoft’s Intune
