Prosyntix is currently recruiting for a Direct Hire Sr. Network Engineer. This role can sit remotely in the Carolinas. There is some travel associated with position but would not exceed 25% of the time. This position will have the ability to design, implement, and provide technical expertise.

Responsibilities:
Effectively communicate to explain technical information in an easy-to-understand way
Instruct customers and staff in best practices, applications, and programs
Lead the evaluation and troubleshooting of technical programs and processes
If necessary, work with third-part support of various technology vendors
Interact with and provide technical and event support for customers
Manage risks, establish and execute recovery plans when required
Review and understand project information and scope of work once assigned
Understand customer migration schedules and work with customer to schedule realistic migration events
Engage with internal team to ensure technology strategy and investment is in line with customer business function objectives
Effectively apply IE methodology and follows project standards
Exercise good time management and organizational skills
Build relationships with staff in other work areas to meet internal and external customer needs
Regularly review self-performance and progress to ensure projects/tasks are achieving results
Continue to build technical skillsets keeping pace with emerging technologies
Gain process technique through the submission of content for peer review
Create and define recommendations around system requirements and project objectives
Develop better processes and procedures around each project process and document
