Prosyntix is currently recruiting for a PXM System Administrator (Salsify) with one of our clients in the headquartered in the Winston, NC area. This is an opening for a full-time/permanent position that can sit 100% remote with a Fortune 500 client.

Job Description

The PXM System Administrator owns the day-to-day management of the Product Experience Management platform, including rolling out processes and procedures to new teams and geographies, to analyzing and prioritizing content gaps for Strategy/Syndication teams. This role will maintain workflows, syndication channels, and data integrations within the platform, along with typical administrative duties including Users maintenance, training, and liaising with the business on process changes/updates. The administrator will have governance responsibility for Global product data within the platform, ensuring clean and monitored content focused on the Customer First.


Implement, rollout, and regularly manage the Product Experience Management Platform (Salsify).

Liaison with other parts of the business to plan and execute rollouts of the Product Experience Management Platform to other teams/departments, globally.

Identify gaps in product content when mapped to retailer requirements and formulate plans to fill those content gaps that may improve conversion rate on digital storefronts.

Analyze metrics and related data to identify opportunities that will improve merchandising and the customer experience across various products and categories.

Define, build, and maintain workflows within the platform to improve, operationalize and streamline relevant business processes across different teams.

Establish guidelines for collaboration around product content collection, creation, management, syndication, and analysis.

Assist other Digital Experience & Operations COE teams in setting up modules (enhanced content, Insights), digital catalogs, export templates, and syndication channels where necessary.

Become a Product Experience Management Platform (Salsify) expert and deliver Global training sessions on the platform around new and existing functionality as necessary.

Administrate the Product Experience Management Platform (Salsify), including overall Data Governance, User Administration, Catalog/Channel maintenance, and User Interface updates.

Develop a strong command of the digital commerce industry landscape.

Drive organizational change in support of digital commerce strategy.

Collaborate with Salsify Customer Success team to identify and evaluate opportunities to take advantage of new Salsify product features and services.



Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience required, with 3-5 years of experience.

Experience with Salsify Product Experience Management platform very strongly preferred. Will accept candidates with significant experience and proven success in the rollout and administration of a similar Product Information Management System.

Experience working within a Global function, driving results cross-functionally, and working across and up within a business organization.

Demonstrated ability as a complex problem-solver, building strategic and resource-friendly solutions to modern eCommerce/Digital Shelf problems.

Experience building integrations between eCommerce Platforms, Magento preferred, and Product Experience Management Platform (Salsify).

Strong knowledge of ETL tools and best practices preferred.

Prior experience as a Business Analyst or similar role preferred.

Experience working with eCommerce retail vendors.
