Prosyntix is recruiting for a Partner Marketing Manager for one of our clients. They will lead their partner marketing strategy and execution in North America. They can sit remotely anywhere in the United States.
As the Partner Marketing Manager, you'll have the opportunity to build our partner marketing function from early stages and own the strategic and tactical execution of building our brand and funnel with partners. You'll build and execute on our partner marketing strategy in collaboration with colleagues across teams and geographies, own marketing relationships with partners, and create exceptional joint content and joint events with our partners. You'll collaborate closely with the sales and partnerships team to ensure they have the assets they need to be successful. We're looking for an excellent communicator with a background in partner marketing for eCommerce SaaS companies. This role reports to the Marketing Lead. An appreciation for branding and an understanding of how the brand impacts overall business results is critical. Experience in fast-paced environments is also very important to this role.
? Develop a program that allows us to market to, with, and through our strategic partners - spanning agencies and systems integrators (SI), and ecommerce platform partners to meet company goals.
? Work to understand our partner's value proposition and create a compelling joint value proposition.
? Establish go-to-market focus areas for partners spanning use cases and industries for us to focus on together.
? Develop and execute targeted agency/SI acquisition campaigns
? Create joint partner content spanning integration, case studies, and thought leadership to showcase the partnership.
? Collaborate across the corporate marketing team to execute on joint partner events, content, and other activities.
? Report on the success of partner marketing programs and activities.
You have experience with and a strong understanding of all marketing channels and activities, including content, events, social, and sponsorships. Test & learn is your default mindset. You love diving into the numbers and have a proven track record of analyzing marketing activities and identifying actionable insights to improve them. You are partner-first, which means you appreciate that partnerships require value to be delivered in both directions. You also advocate internally at the company for partners--actively seeking opportunities to incorporate partners into broader marketing activities. You collaborate easily with colleagues on the marketing team or peers across the partnerships, sales and other teams at the company. You have experience with ecommerce, and you've worked in a Partner Marketing Role before for at least 1 year.
