Prosyntix is currently recruiting for a long-term contract role with a client working on premise in Columbia SC as a NOC Network Analyst/Engineer.  The three primary skills this role would focus on are:

• SolarWinds monitoring and administration
• SCCM experience (software updates and imaging)
• Basic network troubleshooting and Microsoft 2016/2019 server management

Overview on Role

The Network Analyst would work within a team environment on premises in downtown Columbia. The role works with a defense contractor who is the primary contract holder for a government contract supporting technology and Infrastructure for the nationwide footprint. This role has the opportunity to be hands on with a variety of skillsets with opportunity for growth. 

Requirements

• SolarWinds monitoring and administration knowledge
• Basic troubleshooting of hardware/software (O365)
• Active Directory administration
• Troubleshooting and administration of Microsoft Server 2016 and 2019
• Basic Cisco switch administration using PuTTY
• AirWatch software supporting iOS devices including iPads and iPhones
• System Center Service Manager (SCSM) ticketing software
• VMware and/or vSphere administration
• Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) 2107 used for imaging, application installs and security updates
• Troubleshooting EVoIP phones

 

Nice to Have

• Splunk or System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) is a plus
• NOC or Operations experience are a plus

 

Additional Information

 This role requires individuals to obtain a security clearance (clear financial history, clean background check and drug screen) and be on-site. Individuals must be US citizens and the company does require individuals to be vaccinated for COVID-19.
