Prosyntix is currently recruiting for a M365 Engineer for a client that supports a medical facility in Baltimore, MD. This role is a 12-month contract position, with a high possibility of extension, working fully remote. Overview: Our client is looking for candidates that have served as a M365 engineer in an enterprise environment. Experience with Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint are needed to assist with a large enterprise migration/upgrade. Job Overview:
Collaborate with project architect to configure and deploy Microsoft Teams for a large enterprise environment.
Customize Teams to meet specific business requirements, including channel creation, app integration, and permission settings.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Teams usage, functionality, and integration with other Microsoft 365 applications.
Develop, and maintain SharePoint sites and document libraries tailored to different business needs and processes.
Implement SharePoint content management strategies, including metadata, versioning, and document approval workflows.
Configure and manage OneDrive for Business accounts and policies, ensuring seamless synchronization and backup of user data.
execute migration projects, moving data and content from legacy systems to Microsoft 365, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between Microsoft 365 applications and other systems.
Assist end-users in setting up and organizing their personal and shared OneDrive repositories efficiently.
Monitor and resolve issues related to OneDrive synchronization and access permissions.
Ability to explain technical procedures in business terms so that customers understand.
Ability to develop strategic customer relationships, gain trust, and respect for the team.
Able to solve complex technical problems through sound and methodical troubleshooting.
