Prosyntix is recruiting for a Customer Support Analyst position. The ideal candidate will work within a team to provide quality support with a high degree of customer satisfaction on technical and operational requests. Candidates should be self-starters with strong customer service orientation and a desire to embrace technology as a means of improving service. This role will provide on-call support for six months based on the quarterly rotated calendar.
Serves as the initial point of contact for internal and external customer questions related to operational and technical support
Utilize Active Directory to perform system administrative functions and utilize other system tools (ie.ServiceNow, Heat) to troubleshoot questions system issues and applications
Serves as a Core Support Services employee under the Short-Term Emergency Plan (STEP)
Education and/or experience equivalent to an Associate Degree in Business or technical discipline
Experience in customer support/call center environment preferably dealing with PC hardware and software, mainframe and client server computer systems
Certified Help Desk Professional preferred.
