Prosyntix is recruiting for a Customer Support Analyst position. The ideal candidate will work within a team to provide quality support with a high degree of customer satisfaction on technical and operational requests. Candidates should be self-starters with strong customer service orientation and a desire to embrace technology as a means of improving service. This role will provide on-call support for six months based on the quarterly rotated calendar.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Serves as the initial point of contact for internal and external customer questions related to operational and technical support  

  • Utilize Active Directory to perform system administrative functions and utilize other system tools (ie.ServiceNow, Heat) to troubleshoot questions system issues and applications 

  • Serves as a Core Support Services employee under the Short-Term Emergency Plan (STEP)  

 
Requirements: 

  • Education and/or experience equivalent to an Associate Degree in Business or technical discipline 

  • Experience in customer support/call center environment preferably dealing with PC hardware and software, mainframe and client server computer systems 

  • Certified Help Desk Professional preferred.
