Prosyntix is currently recruiting for an Account Executive - North America for one of their clients in the Atlanta, GA area. This is an opening for a full-time/permanent position that can sit remotely within the United States.


Account Executive - North America


As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for creating strong relationships with our customers/prospects and building on these relationships to expand our footprint or close new businesses. You should be comfortable researching prospective customers and adapting sales strategies to meet their needs. You will also play an integral role in defining our sales model.

You know the ins and outs of the client, understand how we can benefit each prospect and will ultimately be the front line of our revenue growth.

We're looking for candidates who raise the level and bring sales excellence to the revenue organization. You should value and practice transparency, have the humility to accept your weaknesses and continuously strive to improve both personally and professionally.



  • Managing and growing a sales pipeline
  • Turn inbound and outbound leads into happy users
  • Strong familiarity with outbound prospecting techniques, tool and processes
  • Capable of booking self-driven outbound meetings and leading the sales cycle through to close
  • Managing and prospecting with an existing account base to drive usage based and feature based upsells
  • Collaborate across teams with a customer centricity approach
  • Build compelling demonstrations with the presales team, sales material and ROI study bringing value to our customers


  • You love building human relationships and believe that a happy customer is our best evangelist
  • Understanding and experience in complex sales process
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar AE position (esp. in B2B tech sales)
  • Multi-tasker who can adapt to changing situations
  • Hunter mindset with Outbound methodologies


  • SaaS sales experience
  • Experience in a scale up/hypergrowth startup
  • Experience selling to eCommerce Retailers
  • Proficiency with Hubspot
