Blake brings 11 years of experience in the Technology Integrator space helping clients scale to meet business demands all while safeguarding their data.
Previously, he was a Partner at Enterprise IT Solutions LLC, a risk management consulting firm.
In this role he helped clients enhance their security posture by focusing on Critical Security Controls and architecting secure data centers using DISA STIGS.
He graduated from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration

With 14 years of Recruiting Industry experience, Kevin has worked in every capacity from Recruiter to Sales working to understand how to add value to clients and candidates.
He understands the value people have to an organization but is equally passionate about understanding the impact of Technology.
He has led and managed teams of Sales and Recruiters focused on delivering qualified IT candidates to every sector and size client.
Kevin joined Prosyntix merging his own startup of 3 years to lead the organization as the Director of Recruiting. He continues to support his clients, who he is grateful for, while focusing on the continued growth of Prosyntix.

Brad has 25 years of experience in the IT Staffing industry.
He started his career in recruiting, but quickly moved into sales.
His passion is in development of people and helping them achieve their goals, personally and professionally.
During his career, Brad has held multiple roles from recruiting, sales, major account sales, market leadership and leading a National Accounts division.
